We co-design with your organization's stakeholders to envision spaces that meet their needs and produce anti-racist outcomes.

Organizations know that a space can have huge effects on employee and stakeholder wellbeing. Creating a shared vision for a space can give direction and purpose to how a space can foster wellbeing, and belonging, particularly for people of color. We co-design with your organization's stakeholders to reveal their insights and needs to provide foundational visions and principles for the space. Through co-design, we are able to unite all stakeholder needs to create an anti-racist and accessible space.
